BWA Auction Update Day 4: Bids Cross $1.1B

After a break of a day BWA Auction got more intese today and it crossed Rs. 5,200 crore (approx $1.1 Billion) at the end. So far 24 rounds of auction has been completed.
After 8 rounds of bidding, the Pan-India BWA/WiMAX license cost rose by 1085 crores. See below statewise details reported by the country's Department of Telecommunications today.
Delhi, Mumbai, rest of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka – closed their bids on the fourth day after 24 rounds today with Rs 6,129.6 million.
