NTT DoCoMo plans to introduce a fourth-generation mobile-phone network in 2010

SK Telecom has planned to increase its investment in the next-generation mobile technology, long-term evolution (LTE) and is expected to launch LTE as early as 2010. 

SKY, a cable and satellite TV operator in Brazil, launched wireless broadband services using 4G LTE technology in December, 2011. SKY has initially launched fixed wireless broadband services for customers in Brasília city. The company plans to roll out services to new customers in other cities of Brazil, and other countries in Latin America, in the future. 

Spectranet was awarded a License from the Nigerian Communications Commission in 2009 with the aim of promoting Internet Services in Nigeria. Headquartered in Lagos with Management Consultancy and Technical Collaboration with the Infrastructure Development Company Group based at Singapore, Spectranet aims to be a leader in the Internet Services space in Nigeria.

Sprint Nextel offers a comprehensive range of wireless and wireline communications services and served more than 52 million customers at the end of 2Q 2011.

STC

STC (Saudi Telecom Company), the main telecommunications carrier in Saudi Arabia has planned to conduct an end-to-end Long Term Evolution (LTE) trial in the second half of 2010.
