Reliance Jio Infocomm and Reliance Communications have signed an agreement for sharing of RCOM’s extensive intra-city optic fiber infrastructure. Under the terms of the agreement, Reliance Jio Infocomm will utilize RCOM’s nationwide intra-city fiber network for accelerated roll-out of its 4G LTE services across the country.

Indian telecom operator Infotel, a subsidiary of Reliance Group, has licensed SPIRIT DSP Mobile Video Engine. Reliance intends to invest $10 billion in its LTE network and has selected SPIRIT's software products for voice and video calls over LTE.
