How does GSM & LTEi inter working works ? Is a voice handover in between GSM & LTE networks is possible.

Look at the 3GPP
Look at the 3GPPi specification http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Specs/html-info/23882.htm . It does talk about Handoveri scenarios, not sure how it will be implemented :-)
